This Student Data Policy complements our Privacy Policy in relation to the Services provided to Educational Institutions.

No Collection, Use, or Sharing of Student Data

d’Skills does not collect intentionally, store, or share any data linked to students’ personally identifiable information (Student Data). All platform interactions are conducted through anonymous accounts managed by d’Skills. When accessing third-party tools integrated into our platform, accounts managed by d’Skills are used, and no Student Data is collected or disclosed in the process.

User Responsibility for Data Entry

It is the responsibility of users, including educators and students, to ensure that no personally identifiable information (Data) is entered into the platform. The platform is designed to protect student privacy through anonymous logins, but users must not input Student Data, such as names, addresses, or contact information. Any input of such information is considered a breach of the Terms of Service and may violate applicable privacy laws or your Educational Institution’s policies and could result in the suspension or termination of Services.
