66% of employers say they won’t hire someone without AI skills. What does that mean for our student’s futures? Not only must students be AI-savvy — they must also have uniquely human skills that can’t be replaced by AI. Durable skills like advocacy, radical creativity, collaboration, and more.

So many teachers want to do something with AI to help their students prepare for their futures, but aren’t sure where to start. The tech is changing so fast that keeping up feels utterly impossible.

What if teachers, students, and parents together could prepare our students for their futures?

That’s why we created d’Skills. We’re a team of Native Digitals (Gen Z) and former teachers who deeply understand how students want to learn, and also innovative ways to unlock the potential of students when they partner with their teachers to create epic impact portfolios for their future.

Real-World Learning

Every program we design is connected to real-world learning. It doesn’t stay in the classroom.

For example, during Expedition AI, students write their own children’s book, then they publish it live on Amazon! They learn about business and can even begin generating income.

In IMPACT10, students help real small businesses solve impact gaps. They practice reaching out cold to businesses, and even being rejected.

We make it simple for the best possible real-world learning to happen both in class and at home.
